Vibrant Impressions Photography – Terms of Service

By booking a session with Vibrant Impressions Photography, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms help protect both the client and photographer, and ensure a smooth and professional experience.

1. Booking & Payment

• A $100 non-refundable payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session date and time.

• Your session is not officially confirmed until payment has been received.

• Remaining balances (if applicable) must be paid within 1 day of the session. Payments will not accepted on the day of the session, and must be paid in full before the session begins.

2. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

• The $100 retainer fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• If you need to reschedule, please notify me as soon as possible. Rescheduling is allowed based on availability.

• Clients who do not show up to their session and do not communicate will be considered a no-show, and the session will be forfeited.

3. Turnaround Time & Delivery

• Final edited images will be delivered within 60-72 hours of the session completion (about 3 days).

• Delivery is provided through a secure online gallery link with a password for access.

Please note: Turnaround time may be impacted by unforeseen circumstances (emergencies, extreme weather, job related changes, etc.). If any delays occur, you will be notified immediately.

4. Edited Images & Package Details

• The amount of edited images included is based on the package selected at booking.

• Additional edits are always available for purchase if requested.

5. RAW / Unedited Images

• RAW images are not delivered under any circumstance.

• Unedited photos are considered unfinished work and are not included unless stated otherwise in your booking package.

6. Editing Style

By booking with Vibrant Impressions Photography, you acknowledge that:

• You are booking based on my editing style and creative direction.

• My edits include color correction, lighting adjustments, cropping, and retouching consistent with my brand.

7. Copyright & Photo Usage

• All images remain the copyright property of Vibrant Impressions Photography.

• Clients receive permission for personal use, including sharing on social media and printing for personal use.

• Commercial use (business promotions, ads, product sales, etc.) must be approved and may require a separate licensing agreement.

8. Portfolio & Promotional Use

Vibrant Impressions Photography may use photos from your session for:

• Portfolio display

• Website content

• Social Media Promotion

• Marketing Materials

If you have privacy concerns (such as sensitive situations or children’s safety), you must notify me in writing before the session.

9. Prints & Print Packages

• Prints and print packages are available for purchase separately.

• Print pricing and options will be provided upon request or through your gallery if available.

10. Client Responsibility

Clients agree to:

• Arrive on time and prepared for their session

• Communicate any must-have shots or special requests before or during the session

• Ensure all participants are cooperative (especially during family sessions)

Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time.

11. Liability

Vibrant Impressions Photography is not responsible for:

• Weather interruptions (for outdoor sessions)

• Delays caused by the client or participants

• Circumstances outside the photographer’s control (accidents, location restrictions, emergencies)

12. Agreement

Booking a session and submitting payment confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
